Hi world. Or hopefully not the whole world (reading this), but just SOME of you. Haha, impossible. Anyways!
Happy Chinese/Lunar New Year! I made it in time to wish you guys. Also, happy new year 2011! *grin*. So what's new? Oh, there is something NEW!
Career wise, I have chose not to be in a 9-5 job now. And am outta my own. Somewhat. Dealing with real estate / property market too. Hees. I enjoy it as I meet lotsa people from various walks of life. Very interesting. A little like events, in that sense. :)
I have lotsa freedom (timing, etc), but freedom comes with a price, of course. So it's not always sunny and happy. Sometimes I gotta make harsh decisions and this job demands me to be extra responsible as well. I can of course, choose to be irresponsibile, but then it'd make me less desirable as an agent. And that makes me not happy being a crappy agent. So yea, being the middle person can be challenging when we're trying to make all parties (or at least both parties) happy.
Other news.... Let's see.. I haven't gotten my own lappie. Kekeke. MY is very kind to lemme use his OLD lappie. But it isnt functioning properly, so it's very frustrating :( ..... A lotta other things happened as well. But it's personal so I'd rather not share. Something to do with my family. And MY is back in Malaysia! That, I shared with you guys in my previous post. And that's all I can think of right now.

Hello! That is if anyone knows my URL here. AHhaah.
